Often times these same people only find out about their damage when its too late and their walls are soaked with brown looking water stains. (Why are they always brown?) A simple roof inspection will save you mucho neck pains down the way.

When your Delaney's Roofing roofing expert inspects your roof, the first thing he (or she) will do is climb upon your roof and assess the damage. Yes, he will have to walk on your roof to inspect it. This can get interesting if your roof is steep. Cross your fingers and realize that we are very skilled at carefully walking on steep roofs. Plus, we're insured, so your safe.

Your roofing expert will look for hail damage during the roof inspection. The signs of hail damage are bruises in asphalt shingles and rust colored marks with splits in wood shake roofs. If he spots hail damage he will record such in his diagram drawing of your roof.

Of course, obvious damage would include missing shingles and flashing or interior water damage. Your roofing contractor needs to know about all of these things during your roof inspection.
